Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable in cases of:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
